While we generally do not accept returns due to high shipping costs and the delicate nature of many of our products, we absolutely take responsibility in cases where we are at fault, such as delivery delays, damage, or incorrect items. This is not just ecommerce; it’s trust woven into every order.

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are only available in the following situations:

  • Items arrive damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items are received
  • Delivery delays caused by our shipping partners (evaluated case by case)

For defective or incorrect items, we offer a one-time free replacement or refund upon submission of valid evidence.

How to Submit a Return or Refund Request

  1. Contact Us Within 14 Days: Email sorceresssanctuary@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide Photo or Video Evidence: Include clear images or video of the damaged or incorrect item, and the packaging it arrived in.
  3. Await Approval: Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll offer either a replacement or a refund.

Please note: Orders older than 90 days from payment are automatically ineligible for refunds or returns.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is only covered by us when we are at fault. In the rare event a physical return is required, we’ll provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for any return shipment, as we cannot replace parcels lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your claim or return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
