Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every magical item you receive. If something isn’t quite right, here's how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase. Contact us at sorceresssanctuary@gmail.com to begin the process.

Non-Returnable Items:
We do not accept returns on:

• Used or opened items
• Custom or made-to-order products
• Spell kits, herbs, oils, and ritual tools
• Sale items or gift cards

Refunds:
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
