Reporting Window

Please report any damages or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery to our sanctuary team.

90 Day Limit

Orders older than 90 days from the payment date are automatically ineligible for refunds or returns.

Refunds and Sovereignty

When Returns Are Accepted

We generally do not accept returns due to high shipping costs and the delicate nature of our tools. However we absolutely accept responsibility if:

  • Items arrive damaged in transit
  • Incorrect items are received
  • Major delivery delays caused by partners

How to Submit a Claim

Email sorceresssanctuary@gmail.com with your order number and valid evidence. You must provide clear photo or video of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. Once approved we will offer a one-time free replacement or a full refund.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not offer change-of-mind returns for any reason at all.

Change of Mind

Due to the spiritual nature and shipping logistics of our items we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We encourage seekers to choose their tools with mindfulness and certainty.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is only covered by the sanctuary when we are at fault. If a physical return is required we will provide specific instructions and cover the cost of the journey back to us.
