Processing Care

Orders are lovingly prepared within 1 to 3 business days. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday preparation begins on the next business day. Each parcel is infused with thoughtfulness to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.

Journey Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email with a direct link to follow your parcel from our altar to your home. You can monitor your treasures every step of the way through Australia Post or your local international carrier.

Global Customs

International seekers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties or taxes required in their country. These charges vary by location and are outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific guidance.
